A couple years ago we began an upgrade program using Syndego PCMs. We added a suspended ceiling and the PCM blankets to 46 of our traditional drive up storage units. By adding the Syndego product, the temperatures in the units have moderated and stay well within the temperatures guaranteed by “Conditioned Space” rentals. Our rental rates now reflect local “conditioned space” pricing models, improving our ROI, and achieving near 100% rental status”.
