A couple years ago we began an upgrade program using QE Platinum PCMs. We added a suspended ceiling and the PCM blankets to 46 of our traditional drive up storage units. By adding the QE Platinum the temperatures in the units have moderated and stay well within the temperatures guaranteed by “Conditioned Space” rentals. Our rental rates now reflect local “conditioned space” pricing models, improving our ROI, and achieving near 100% rental status”.

During our program we installed QE Platinum PCMs in approximately 40 single family residences in Louisiana and Texas. In the process we found an average reduction in year over year same month billed KWHrs of 19-31% all with zero performance related call backs.
